The delivery timeframe begins once your order has been approved and is counted in business days (Monday to Friday), from 8 AM to 6 PM.
Occasionally, deliveries may take place on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays.

The approval time depends on the payment method you choose. We currently offer two payment options:
Bank Slip (Boleto Bancário): it usually takes up to 3 business days for the payment to be processed. For example, if you pay the slip on a Friday, it will likely be confirmed only by Monday or even Tuesday.
Credit Card: approval is usually immediate. However, if there is any incorrect information provided during checkout, both you and our team will be notified. In that case, we’ll contact you to verify the details so you can complete your purchase again.

We only collect your name, contact details, and shipping address — never your credit card information.
Attention! If you notice that you entered an incorrect or incomplete address when completing your purchase, please contact us immediately to avoid delivery issues.
Your address cannot be changed after 24 hours from the time the order was placed on our site, as the order may have already been handed over to the shipping carrier.
Note: We do not change customer addresses unless specifically requested.
You can track your order using the tracking code we automatically send to your email or WhatsApp as soon as your purchase is shipped, usually within 7 to 10 business days. You can follow your package from the country of origin all the way to the delivery address provided at checkout.
If you purchase two or more different products, they may be shipped separately. In that case, different tracking codes will be issued for each product.
Since the shipping method is international, it may take 3 to 10 days for the tracking status to update.
